About Our Organization
We were formed in January of 2005 and received our I.R.S. Tax-Exempt Status,
January 2007.
We are a 501(c)(3) Corporation providing tuition assistance for all types of music
instruction. This organization was begun so all could have the perseverance of a
musical education to enhance every aspect of their life.
Music study enhances ability to do well in school. It enhances school readiness, fine
motor control, use of symbol systems, following direction, concentration, memory,
perseverance, visual and aural discrimination, organizational skills, task completion,
and goal setting.
Music study encourages abstract thought and stimulates right-left brain activities,
creativity, intuition and innovation - skills that are not covered adequately by the
school curriculum.
Music study develops attention span, concentration level, and builds self-esteem and
develops initiative.
We are completely dependent on donations to fund this organization and assist those
in need of tuition assistance. We can accept donations in all forms, cash, gift cards,
playable used instruments, instruction books, items for fund-raisers, and so on. All
donations are welcome.
There are many programs doing this, but the majority are limited to an area they will
serve. We do not restrict our coverage area, intending to be World Wide by the end of
2007!!!

assist us in spreading Joy & Happiness to All through musical knowledge
Our Organization consists of a Board of Directors who meet quarterly to discuss
Foundation business. Joy Waymire, President/Secretary, Virginia Edwards, Vice
President, and Renee Farnsworth, Treasurer.
